For items purchased online:
Fiona's Fineries does its very best to make sure that everything you receive will meet your expectations. We offer a full refund for any manufacturing defects.
If you are having trouble with the size of items ordered, we ask that you check our video here on how to measure yourself. If you have followed all of our instruction for sizing and still feel that you are having trouble with the fit of your garment, please contact us so that we may assist in proper measurements. No refunds for sizing issues will be given.
Any items being returned for reasons other than manufacturer defects will be at the discretion of the production manager and subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs.
For items purchased in person:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items bought in person.

Do you provide International delivery?
We do not currently offer international delivery.
How do I return an item?
Please message us regarding your return.
How do I clean my corset?
Corsets are dry clean only. You can mix in a 1 to 3 ratio of rubbing alcohol or clear alcohol into a spray bottle of water to spritz the corset to remove unwanted odor/bacteria.
How do I find my corset or bodice size?
Please reference our sizing videos. If this doesn't help please feel free to message us.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be supplied in a confirmation email when the your order has shipped.
I don't see the color or size I prefer.
Product color and sizes are as listed. If the color or size is not present we do not currently offer it in that color or size.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery will be through USPS or UPS.
I don't see an item in your online store that I've seen in your shop.
Not all items that we carry in our physical store will be available in our online shop. We encourage you to take advantage of purchasing with us through our physical shop for more of our unique pieces.
